On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a master bedroom with a large king-size bed and its own bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen that contains everything you need, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a toaster. The living space is equipped with a flatscreen TV, comfortable sofas and a dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals together.
Outside, you will find a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool (can be heated) surrounded by sunbeds and parasols, as well as a BBQ and a shaded terrace, perfect for outdoor living.
Second Floor
Upstairs there is a fully independent apartment with a separate entrance, a living room and a lovely balcony with partial sea view overlooking the swimming pool and garden. This floor also has a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom. The living room has an extra sofa bed, making this an ideal space for larger families or groups of friends who want to stay together but still maintain their own privacy.
Comfort and safety
The property is equipped with air conditioning in specific areas, underfloor heating in the master bathroom, heating with air conditioning and electric heater, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, alarm system and first aid kit.
Family-friendly facilities
For families with young children, there is plenty of comfort: a camping cot and a high chair with a tray are available. In addition, swimming pool toys and rings are usually present. Thanks to the blackout roller blinds, children can sleep undisturbed or take an afternoon nap.

Marbesa is a quiet beach and coastal area ideally located next to Elviria, with easy access to excellent restaurants, shops and recreational facilities. Within walking distance or a short drive, you will find a wide range of international restaurants, beach bars, cafés and supermarkets, including well-known spots such as Simbad, beach chiringuitos and popular eateries in Elviria like The Beach House and La Plage Casanis.
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to various top golf courses, including Santa María Golf & Country Club, as well as other renowned courses along the Costa del Sol.
